You are able to import residents at both the Group level (Group toolbox) and at the Merchant level (Merchant toolbox).

Import residents at the Group level if you want to import residents for multiple properties that you manage. 


Import residents at the Merchant level if you want to import residents only for a specific property.


To import residents from either the Group Level or Merchant Level, access Manage Users, and click the Import button. 

  • In the Group Toolbox (where you can view all properties and residents), you can import residents and homeowners of your different properties all in one place.
  • In the Merchant Toolbox (where you can view details for one specific property you manage), you can import, or individually add residents and homeowners for only that specific property. 


To add a resident or homeowner in the Group Toolbox, click on Manage > Users > Import. Import your web users using the appropriate format.

To add a resident or homeowner in the Merchant Toolbox, click on Manage > Users Import, and import your web users using the appropriate format.


Your file must be saved as a .CSV for the file to upload.


Once uploaded you will follow the prompts on what information from that file needs to be imported.

If you don't want certain columns to be imported you will "Ignore" them, for the columns you want imported you will select the matching name from the Drop Down list.


In the Merchant Toolbox, you can also add residents and homeowners individually. To do this, click on Manage Users >Add Web User, then create the residents or homeowner's profile and you will be good to go!
